Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason with your purchase or gift, you are welcome to return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the shipping/collection date.

If returning, just send through an email and we’ll have a chat and see what can be organised.

Several types of goods are not able to be exchanged:

  • Earrings
  • Gift cards
  • Personalised items

Although we do take the utmost care, should you return an item because it was damaged in the mail to you or you were sent the wrong item, we will send you a new/correct item and your return costs will be paid by us. We take no responsibility for items returned to us outside of the 30 days or for parcels lost or damaged during transit. If you are concerned, you may wish to insure the parcel.
