Shipping policy

We provide options for local delivery with a fee of $5, collection at future markets and for your items to be posted.
Simply make your selection during the check-out process.

$5 LOCAL DELIVERY
To qualify for local delivery, you must be within the city limits of Dubbo. Delivery is within 7 working days. Items will be placed in your letterbox unless otherwise discussed.

POSTAGE OPTIONS AUSTRALIA
Standard delivery is via Parcel Post or Small Letter, depending on the size of your item. Delivery times vary by location but are generally 4-6 business days.

Items being sent must be within Australia and the package cannot be over 1kg. Postage occurs within 7 working days of payment being finalised. 
Express Post is also available if you need to receive your item more quickly.

Please send an email advising where you are and we can make a plan.
Please note we are not responsible for any customs, tax and duties charged by the import department of your country.
Standard delivery is via Australia Post Economy Air. Estimated delivery time for most countries is approximately 2-3 weeks but this can vary depending on how long your parcel is delayed in customs.
